Flynn Lowry – Technologies ManagerFlynn has worked with Ryan’s since 2005 and has been in his current position as our Technology guru since the fall of 2006. In this role Flynn is responsible for ensuring that our 2,500 vending machines interact correctly with our management information system. Our information system allows our company to extract reams of data from our machines which we use to ensure cash accountability, determine accurate service frequencies and product sales velocity. Rob Miller – Client Relations Vancouver IslandRob is the Client Relations representative for Ryan’s on Vancouver Island. Rob brings years of practical work experience to his job. Rob started as a route driver for Lewis Vending back in the 1970’s and through hard work and determination worked his way to becoming branch manager at that company in the 1990’s. After Ryan’s acquisition of Lewis Vending in 1998, Rob started working in sales for our organization and has continued in the position for the past decade. Rob’s core focus is to ensure our customer’s are satisfied with the services our company provides. Mike Garnsey – Senior Service TechnicianMike is one of the most experienced vending technicians in this country, having honed his trade with Lewis Vending prior to joining our team at Ryan’s after our acquisition of Lewis in the late 1990′s. Mike currently works out of our Nanaimo branch where he is directly responsible for ensuring our machines are functioning optimally at all times. Mike have extensive experience with electronics and is often called upon by members of our industry to assist in solving complex problems with video games and all types of vending machines. Brent Walker – Senior Service TechnicianBrent, like Mike, is one of the most experienced vending technicians in the country. Having honed his trade for over 20 years with Red Carpet, Lewis Vending, and most recently Pinetree Vending, Brent joined our team at Ryan’s after our acquistion of Pinetree in 2007. Always on the lookout for talented technicians Brent was the key member of the Pinetree team that we wanted to employ. His technical skills along with his extensive market knowledge make Brent a highly valued member of our team in the Lower Mainland. Daniel Teixeira – Service ManagerIt is a bit of a funny story but Dan started working for our company before he was actually hired. Dan used to work with his brother in law as a 14 year old high school student in the summer. During his first summer of semi-employment Dan quickly learned to fix our many types of vending and video equipment. Recognizing Dan’s tremndous interest in our company and his obvious hard work, the company formally hired Dan to work as a technician when he graduated from high school. Dan now leads the Service Department where he is responsible for leading our service team. Dan is responsible for managing his teams workload which includes; machine installations, customer refreshment programs, completion of service calls, and general troubleshooting that occurs with our machines. |
