Ryan Vending has recently started to provide vending services to several facilities in the City of Richmond. To date we are very pleased with the service and level of professionalism displayed by all of the staff at Ryan. Ryan Vending is proactive, progressive and simply stated, a pleasure to work with. Once awarded the contract, they were able to install machines into a variety of locations within a very short time period. Over the last 8-10 months, service has been excellent. Calls are returned promptly, the machines are filled in a timely manner, and any issues are addressed promptly and professionally. We have found Ryan to be proactive in testing new products and ensuring the customers needs are being met. We look forward to building on these recent successes and the continued service excellence provided by Ryan Vending.
