Kevin joined Ryan Vending in 2011 after Ryan acquired his company, which Kevin had started in 1996. His vocational experience is varied with the last 29 years, focused on Vending, Micro Market, Pantry and Office coffee service. NIKHIL VERMA
Assistant Regional Manager- Metro Vancouver
Nikhil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Post Baccalaureate in International Supply Chain Management. With six years of leadership experience, Nikhil has developed a strong background in logistics, specializing in optimizing and streamlining processes. Known for a commitment to continuous improvement, he consistently seeks innovative ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the business.

PHIL SPIDLE
Regional Operations Supervisor
With 20 years of progressive management experience in the food service industry, Phil Spidle has built a distinguished career marked by leadership, innovation, and a passion for helping others succeed. Prior to Ryan’s, Phil has previously served as a General Manager and Training Manager, roles that honed his ability to drive operational excellence and foster employee development. He is currently the Supervisor for Interior BC at Ryan Company Ltd., where he continues to lead with purpose and dedication.
A naturally entrepreneurial “people person,” Phil is deeply motivated to share his expertise, empower others, and support the growth of both individuals and teams. His leadership style centers around collaboration, celebrating achievements, and creating an environment where staff can thrive. GARY PIKE
Regional Operations Supervisor, South Island
With 20 years of experience in managing distribution and operations, Gary specializes in driving operational efficiency and optimizing processes. As a Lean Six Sigma certified professional, he is passionate about continuous improvement and maintaining a strong focus on health and safety standards. Gary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Communications, which enhances his ability to think analytically and foster effective communication within teams. His strengths are rooted in developing high-performing teams, combining data-driven insights with a people-oriented approach to achieve impactful results.
DILLON TOBIN
Regional Operations Supervisor, North Island
With over five years of experience in operations administration and management, Dillon brings a strong background in facility management (FM) to the Ryan Vending team. He has a proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, regulators, and customers.

MIKE GARNSEY
Senior Service Technician
Mike is one of the most experienced vending technicians in this country, having honed his trade with Lewis Vending prior to joining our team at Ryan’s after our acquisition of Lewis in the late 1990′s. Mike currently works out of our Parksville branch where he is directly responsible for ensuring our machines are functioning optimally at all times and providing mentorship to CSR’s. Mike has extensive experience with electronics and is often called upon by members of our industry to assist in solving complex problems with video games and all types of vending machines.
