Robert Oughtred, MBA, B. Mgt – Director of Operations
Rob holds an MBA from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge. He is an alumnus of NAMA’s Executive Development program, where he built key relationships with industry leaders across North America. In his role, Rob oversees the company’s operations, ensuring exceptional service for clients while driving innovation and staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
Bill Oughtred, MPAcc, CA – Director of Finance
Bill holds a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Commerce in General Business Management from the University of Victoria. Before joining Ryan Vending in 2008, Bill spent five years articling with KPMG in Vancouver, where he earned his Chartered Accountant designation. As Director of Finance, he oversees the company’s Finance & Administration department, managing accounting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning to support the company’s growth and long-term success.
Anne Oughtred, B. Mgt – Director of Procurement
Anne holds a Management degree from the University of Lethbridge and a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Camosun College. She is an alumna of NAMA’s Emerging Leaders program, where she collaborated with industry professionals and gained valuable insights into best practices, technological advancements, and industry capabilities. In her role, Anne is responsible for sourcing goods and ensuring effective inventory management, supporting operational efficiency across all company branches.
Casey Sewell, – Director of Client Relations
Passionate about food and hospitality, Casey joined Ryan Vending in February of 2022 and brings 20+ years of experience in the hospitality business, with specific expertise in relationship management, people development and training, new business and sales growth, product inventory and distribution, and health and safety practices. Leanne Fleming – Human Resources Manager, MBA
Leanne joined the executive team in March of 2021 and holds an MBA, along with an undergraduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a postgraduate degree in Psychology with an Industrial Specialization. With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Accounting, and Administration, she is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment. Her focus includes enhancing communication, performance, coaching, professional satisfaction, and workplace safety. Having recently achieved her CPHR designation, Leanne is passionate about strategic problem-solving and driving organizational success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her pets, and teaching yoga as a certified instructor.
