Director of Operations / Owner

Rob brings more than 25+ years of hands-on experience to his role overseeing company-wide operations. He focuses on service consistency, operational performance, and continuous improvement across all locations, while driving innovation and staying at the forefront of industry advancements. Holding an MBA and a Bachelor of Management, he is an alumnus of NAMA’s Executive Development program and a key leader in the Vending and Refreshment industry.

BILL OUGHTRED, MPAcc, CA

Director of Finance / Owner

With a background spanning 20+ years in accounting and finance, Bill holds a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Commerce in General Business Management from the University of Victoria. He oversees all of Ryan Company’s financial reporting, planning, and controls to support responsible growth and long-term stability programs.

Director of Client Relations

Passionate about food and hospitality, Casey brings 20+ years of experience in the hospitality business, with specific expertise in relationship and people management, business development and sales growth, product inventory and distribution, and health and safety practices. At Ryan Company, Casey has led strategy and team for client growth, engagement, and program development, helping ensure long-term, successful partnerships with organizations, schools, and hospitals.

ANNE OUGHTRED, B. Mgt

Director of Procurement / Owner

Anne leads procurement and inventory strategy across the business, drawing on 20+ years of experience in product sourcing and vendor operations. Her work ensures reliable supply, strong vendor partnerships, and consistency across branches. She holds a Management Degree and a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and is an alumna of NAMA’s Emerging Leaders program.

LEANNE FLEMING, CPHR

Director of Human Resources

Leanne joined the executive team in March 2021 and holds an MBA, a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a postgraduate specialization in Psychology. A CPHR since 2024, she brings over 10 years of experience in HR, accounting, and administration. Leanne focuses on building high-performing teams, fostering a positive workplace, and supporting organizational success.

Director of Technology and Connectivity

Daniel brings over 25 years of experience in the vending industry and leads Technology and Connectivity at Ryan Company. He has developed deep technical expertise across multiple operational roles, ensuring seamless integration of emerging technologies. Daniel drives innovation and delivers reliable, cutting-edge solutions that support the company’s vending, micro-market, pantry, and office coffee programs across British Columbia.

Nikhil brings 6 years of leadership experience supported by a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Post-Baccalaureate in International Supply Chain Management. His background in logistics and process optimization has helped streamline operations and improve efficiency across the business. Nikhil has become a trusted leader in managing Ryan Vending’s micro-market operations, providing an innovative mindset and hands-on approach for operational success.

Mussarat is a customer-experience-driven hospitality leader with 18 years of success building standout service programs and high-performing teams. Her career includes launching exceptional restaurant concepts and creating environments where people, food, and business goals align.
